    *Rye Berries (Dry), 0.4 cup (1/2 rice measure)
    *buckwheat groats (Dry), .4 cup (1/2 rice measure)
    *Whole Oat Groats (Dry) .8 cup (1 rice measure)
    *spelt kernels (dry) 0.54cup (1/2 rice measure)
    Add cinnamon, stevia, vanilla extract , almond extract to taste.


Combine in rice cooker; fill with water to 2.5 brown rice mark. Set timer to allow 4-6 hours soak, cook on brown rice setting. Makes very chewy hot cereal.
