Number of Servings: 6


    Bread Flour, 2.5 cup
    Yeast, bakers
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Water 1 cup

    Toppings for half dough
    Ground Italian sausage, 4 oz
    Roma Tomato, 1-2
    Fresh Mozzarella, Sorrento, 8 oz
    Tomato sauce, 0.5 cup
    Sun Dried Tomatoes


Mix 1/2 cup water w/sugar and yeast first to let yeast warm up, will look like foam
Preheat over to 400 degrees
Mix bread well for 10 minutes, will be tacky
Oil bowl to proof dough, wrap in plastic wrap
Let sit for 20-30 minutes until fully proofed
Punch dough to flatten, cut in half and roll out

Can you use half of dough and freeze remainder in and air tight container.

Flatten dough to preferred consistency and top with desired toppings.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes until flatbread is light brown.

Serving Size: half of the dough makes 3 servings, Full recipe makes 6 servings
