This is a Spaghetti sauce I made from scratch This is a Spaghetti sauce I made from scratch
Number of Servings: 6


    1 med Onion chopped
    1tsp Onion salt
    22oz Cambells tomato juice concentrate
    1 sm can Mshrooms
    1 can Tomato paste
    Hot sauce to taste
    1 tsp minced fresh garlic
    1 tsp Oregano
    1 tsp Basil
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 pinch Sage
    1 pinch Thyme
    1 Kielbasa sausage (horseshoe)
    1 lb Hamburger
    Brown Hamburger and drain. Cook sausage and drain. Add meat together. Add all other ingredients together in a saucepan except for tomato paste and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 30 min. Add meat and tomato paste to sauce and simmer for an additional 15 to 30 min.
