    Mrs. Smith's Deep Dish 9" Pie Shell (1/8 of pie), 1 serving (remove)
    1. Chobani Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt, 6 oz
    2. Stop & Shop Frozen Broccoli Cuts, 1 cup
    3. Hood Simply Smart Fat Free Milk, 0.25 cup
    4. Sargento Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Italian Shredded Cheese, 0.5 cup
    5. Scrambled Egg, 5 large
    6. Mushrooms, fresh, 0.5 cup, pieces or slices
    7. Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    8 Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoes
    9. Paprika, 1 tsp
    10. Garlic powder, 1 tsp


1. Saute Veggis.
2. Whisk together eggs and greek yogurt.
3. Mix in cheese, spices, and sauted veggis.
4. Pour in mixture into pie crust. (Tip: put pie crust in tin on cookie sheet just in case it spills).
5. Bake at 375 for 30-45min or until cooked all the way through. Enjoy! Serves 8.
