Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Beef (lean)
    34 oz Pasta Sauce (Used Prego)
    16oz Ricotta or Cottage Cheese (I used FF Cottage)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 teaspoon of basil and oregano
    12 peices of oven ready lasagna noodles
    2 cups of shredded mozzarella (used 2% and left over pepperjack)
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Stir in pasta sauce. In a small bowl combine the egg, cottage cheese, basil and oregano. In a 13x9 baking pan layer ingredants in this order:

1/2 cup sauce
3 noodles
2/3 cup cheese
some mozzarella
3 noodles
2/3 cup cheese
1/2 cup sauce
3 noodles
2/3 cup cheese
1/2 cup sauce
3 noodles
Rest of sauce
Rest of mozz and parm

Cover with foil and bake for 30 mins. Uncover and bake for 10-15 more. Let cool and serve.
