Ingredients

    Marinade:

    - fl oz pineapple juice
    - 0.5 tsp Soy Sauce (Low Sod)
    - 0.5 tsp Honey
    - dash of garlic powder
    - dash of red pepper flakes

    Salsa:

    - 0.5 pineapple ring diced (eat the other half :)
    - 0.5 Kiwi, diced
    - chunk (approx 25 g) Mango
    - 1 tbsp Onion, diced
    - 0.25 tbsp cilantro, chopped
    - 0.5 tbsp lime juice

    w. 100g Chicken Breast, no skin

Directions

Combine Marinade ingredients in plastic bag, add chicken, and let marinade in fridge overnight or for at least 2 hours.

Grill Chicken for approx 5 mins each side until cooked through!

For Salsa, combine ingredients and toss.

Serve Salsa on Chicken Breast and eat up!

Serving Size: one chicken breast and 1/2 cup salsa
