    16 cups rolled oats
    1 cup hazelnuts
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 cup pumpkin seeds
    1 cup dessicated coconut
    1 cup sesame seeds (preferrably unhulled)
    1 cup sultanas
    1 cup dates, chopped
    1 cup dried apricots, chopped


Preheat oven to 180degC
In large over dish, mix first 4 ingredients.
Roast for 10 mins, mix, roast for 10 mins, mix
Add coconut and sesame seeds, mix, roast for 10 mins

Should be dry and a little toasted - cooking times can vary depending on your taste and over.

Remove from oven, cool and mix through dried fruit.
Yummy with milk and yogurt, fresh fruit, etc
