Ingredients

    1 cucumber, thinly sliced
    1 tbsp red onion, chopped
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 tablespoon low fat sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 teaspoon Sweet N Low (Zero Calorie)

Directions

Mix cucumbers and onion together. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. Add to cucumbers and chill till very cold and serve.
