    *Enchilada Sauce (Old El Paso Mild), 1 (10oz) can
    93% Lean Ground Beef, 8 oz
    *La Tortilla Factory - Low Carb Tortilla, 6 small tortillas
    *Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 3/4 cup
    *Darigold Fat Free Sour Cream, 6 tbsp
    *Chiles - Ortega Fire Roasted Diced Green, 1 (4 oz) can


Heat oven to 375.
Lightly grease 9x9 glass baking dish.
In skillet, brown beef, drain, stir in less than half the can of sauce and 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can chiles.
Spoon filling into tortillas; roll up and place seam-side down in baking dish.
Pour remaining sauce over top, sprinkle with remaining chiles.
Bake 15-20 min. or until hot.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese while hot.
Top with 1 tbsp. sour cream per enchilada.
