Number of Servings: 2


    20 oz Pork Stew Meat
    2 Large Apples
    3/4 cup Splenda
    2 Tbls White Flour
    1/2 Tsp cinnamon


1.) Cut Apple into pieces and place in crockpot
2.) Mix Splenda, Flour & cinnamon int bowl
3.) Coat Pork with mixture
4.) Place Pork on top of Apples
5.) Sprinkle with remaining mixture
6.) Cook on Low for 6-8 hours

We served this over bowtie pasta (not incl. in nutrition)
