    4 C Rotini Rainbow dry
    1 Can Tuna in water
    12 cherry tomatoes
    1 red onion (chopped)
    1 Green or Red Bell Pepper
    1/3 C Cilantro fresh
    herbs and spice to taste


Cook pasta. Cool off. Chopped the veggies. Add tuna and veggies to pasta. Serve cold as entree (makes 5 servings) or side dish (= .5 serving).
