Ingredients

    For the Ham Loaf
    1 lb ground ham
    3/4 C crushed graham crackers (5 full sheets)
    1 large egg
    1/4 C skim milk

    For the Glaze
    honey mustard (to taste)
    sugar free pancake syrup (to taste)
    ground cloves (to taste)

Directions

Mix all ham loaf ingredients together well and put in large bread pan. Mix glaze ingredients and pour over top of uncooked ham loaf. Cover pan with foil. Cook at 300 degrees for 2 hours.

*For glaze, figured 2 tbsp honey mustard, 1/4 C syrup, 1 tsp ground cloves for nutrition info.
