Ingredients

    1/4 cup fiber one cereal (crushed)
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 cup plain fat free yogurt
    1 teaspoon mustard
    2 (6-ounce) tilapia/orange roughy fillets

Directions

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine fiber one & paprika in a shallow dish. Combine yogurt & mustard in another shallow dish. Dip fish in yogurt mixture & dredge in fiber one cereal mixture. Place fish on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
