    Salmon filet, cooked and flaked
    one red onion, chopped
    10 mushrooms, chopped
    one red pepper, chopped
    4 large potato, chopped
    vegetable stock (dried)
    8 cups water
    4 1/4 cups evapotrated milk


Fry vegetables (except potato) in olive oil.

Boil potato in 8 cups water with stock, for about 20 minutes. Once cooked, add fried veg, flaked salmon and evaporated milk to pot. Use a hand blender to blend soup together, or user regular blender. Spice as you would like. Serve hot. Maked 12 servings.
