A take on Olive Garden's Cappellini Pomodoro. A take on Olive Garden's Cappellini Pomodoro.

    8 cups cooked spaghetti
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/3 cup fresh parsley
    1 can diced tomatoes, drained
    2 tsp garlic salt
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    6 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese


Mix all ingredients together and microwave on high for 5 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (1 cup each)
