Ingredients

    1 can Garbonzo beans
    1/4 cup black beans
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp Cumin
    salt to taste
    1tbsp olive oil
    4oz roasted red peppers
    1tbsp Tahini
    3 tbls lemon juice

Directions

mix all together and put through the food processor.

Serving Size: makes 6 1/2 cup servings
