Introduction

salmon, asparagus, goat cheese mixed with a pesto pasta salmon, asparagus, goat cheese mixed with a pesto pasta
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 oz pasta cooked
    2 tbsp pesto
    2 oz goat cheese
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    1/2 red bell pepper chopped
    10 asparagus spears sliced
    1/2 pat of butter
    12 oz grilled salmon

Directions

grill salmon 8 mins per side

make pasta by box directions

sauted veggies with butter

when all done, toss drained pasta with Pesto then top with veggies, cheese and salmon ( broken into bite size pieces) toss lightly and serve immediately.
