    *Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    *Arrowhead Mills Organic Brown Rice Flour, 1 cup
    *Baking Soda 1 tsp
    *Salt, Kroger SALT IODIZED,1 tsp
    *Crisco Butter Flvor All Vegetable Shortening,1 cup
    *Granulated Sugar, 3/4 c
    Demera cane sugar 1/2 c
    *Imitation Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Egg beaters, egg substitute, 1/2 c
    *milk chocolate chocolate chips, 1 pkg.


Mix crisco and sugars til creamy, add vanilla and egg. mix thoroughly. add soda and salt. Mix. Add flours. Mix. Add chips. Mix. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 9-10 minutes.
