    1/4 tablespoon shredded cheese
    1/4 c chopped green pepper
    1/4 c chopped onions
    1/4 potato chopped
    1/4 c chopped ham
    1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

Heat Olive Oil
fry onions, peppers, potato, & ham
beat egg & cheese
put in pan with other ingredients and scramble
