    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    egg white, fresh, 1 large
    *Broccoli Stirfry, 1 cup
    Cheddar Cheese, Cabot 75% FF, 1 oz GRATED


Saute off Broccoli Stirfry.

Mix eggs together with your favorite spices until well blended.
Add to Veggies.
Cook until eggs set.
Add cheese - APPLY LID. Turn off heat....will finish cooking.

When set - EAT. Yum
