Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cans black beans
    2 cups low fat shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese
    8 small/fajita tortillas
    1 cup medium taco sauce
    chili powder
    onion powder
    cumin

Directions

Heat black beans in taco sauce in sauce pan and then stir in spices. Cut tortillas in half for easier layering. Spray baking dish with cooking spray then layer sauce/beans, tortillas, cheese and repeat. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted (10-15 minutes)
