Ingredients

    Cucumber (peeled), 2 large (8-1/4" long)
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 cup
    *Distilled White Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Dill weed, fresh, .25 cup sprigs

Directions

Peel and slice cumbers. Add vinegar, mayo, and chopped dill. Mix thoroughly. Allow to chill in fridge for 1 hour before serving.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
