Introduction

Ingredients

    4 Green peppers
    1 Pound Ground Turkey
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 12oz can corn, drained
    1 Tbl oil
    1 small can of tomato sauce
    3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese - lowfat
    3 teaspoons chili powder

Directions

Cut off tops of peppers. Blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and place in casserole dish.

Brown turkey and onions in the oil. Add corn, tomato sauce and chili powder. Divide evenly among peppers and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serve with brown rice for a complete meal. Makes 4 (or 6 depending on size of peppers)
