    2 tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    3/4 cup milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3/4 cup flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup sliced fresh strawberries


Place butter in 9in pie plate. Place in 400 degree oven for 3-4 minutes or until melted.

In a small bowl, whisk eggs, milk, vanilla. IN another small bowl mix flour, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk dry ingredients into egg mixture until blended.

Pour mixture into prepared pie plate. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until sides are crisp and brown.

In a small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch. Stir in water until smooth. Add strawberries. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Coarsely mash strawberries. Serve with pancake.
