    1/2 Sweet Vidalia Onion, large, diced
    1 can Black Beans, drained
    1 can Sweet Yellow Corn, drained
    1 can Ro Tel (whatever your preference), drained
    2 fresh Roma Tomatoes, chopped
    Add your favorite hot sauce for more flavor
    1/2-1 cup Sour Cream to make a creamy variation


Chop it all up, mix in a bowl and enjoy!
