Ingredients

    Carolina Whole Grain Brown Rice (prepared), 3.5 cup
    Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce, 0.33 cup
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 48 tsp
    Pineapple, fresh, 2 cup, diced
    Pineapple Juice, 0.5 cup
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Bird's Eye Broccoli Stir-Fry, 4.5 cup
    Chicken Breast, with skin, 0.5lb

Directions

1. Brown chicken in skillet.
2. Combine pineapple juice, pepper, brown sugar, and soy sauce.
3. Cook rice as directed.
4. Add veggis to skillet. Top with sauce.
5. Add pineapple to skillet.
6. Cook on medium for about 20-30 min.
7. Serve over rice. Serves 6
