    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 loves of garlic. crushed
    2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
    1.5 cups chopped kale
    1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
    1 tbsp Dr Fuhrman's MatoZest or Mrs. Dash


Heat Oil. Add onion and garlic sauting until soft. Add remaining veggies and cook until kale is bright green and mushrooms are soft.
