Introduction

Whole wheat banana muffins made without the use of eggs. Whole wheat banana muffins made without the use of eggs.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 mashed bananas
    3 Tablespoons sugar
    1/2 cup of walnuts
    3 teaspoons canola oil
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup plain minute oatmeal

Directions

Mix your wet ingredients and then add in the mixture of baking soda and vinegar and the walnuts
Mix dry ingredients together
Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
Put batter into a lightly oiled or nonstick muffin pan
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 until a toothpick comes out clean
