    Kohlrabi, 1.25 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 100 grams
    Tofu, firm, 100 grams
    Coconut Milk, 2 tbsp
    Apples, fresh, 180 grams
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Curry powder, 1 tsp
    Honey, 0.5 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


1) Slice the onion, and fry it in the oil
2) Add the honey and the spices
3) Slice the kohlrabi, and add it
4) Add the coconut milk, and the sliced tofu, stir and cover.
5) Cook during 15 minutes. During this time, slice the apple and prepare the fresh spinach leaves.
6) Add them and let them cook. You can add a little glass of water.
7) Check the kolrabi cubes to see if they are cooked.
