    2 leaves of Kale chopped and de stemmed
    1 large carrot cleaned and grated
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 tbl Yoplait honey vanilla greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp mayo
    1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
    1/2 packet sugar (amount as wanted/needed)


No cooking. Remove large center kale stem then rip leaves into pieces. Shread carrots with a cheese grater then add in Raisins & mix together. Put together the sauce ingredients, mix and pour over top.
Simple, basic and delish!

For the sauce, your average low fat vanilla yogurt can be used with maybe a bit of the vinegar instead of what I did but I just used what I had in stock.
