    4 oz. Cottage Cheese 2%
    1 tbsp salted Butter
    1 cup Water or enough to cover the noodles
    2 oz. Healthy Harvest Pasta Rotini Noodles
    or whatever noodles you choose
    2 oz. Cheddar or Colby Cheese Low-fat
    or whatever cheese you choose


Add all of the ingredients, including the UN-cooked pasta, into a baking dish with salt & pepper to taste. The water should cover the noodles.Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes covered then remove cover and stir and add more cheese if desired. The more you stir the more it gets "crunchy or crisp" on the edges of the macroni. If you like cramy macroni keep the foil cover on the dish.You can make a family size dish by just using bigger portions and adding more baking time!
