    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    I can't believe its not butter Light
    Salt, 1 dash
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    American Cheese, 1 slice (3/4 oz)


Peel onion and cut down in 6 sections but don't cut all the way through.
Put the I can't believe its not butter, salt & pepper on the onion. Cook in Microwave for 4 minutes. Put the cheese on top and back in the microwave for 30 seconds or until cheese is melted.

I use Vidalia onions but you can use any kind you like they are all good. I also have used swiss or cheddar cheese it just depends on what you like.
