    1.5 cans diced tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
    1 tsp anchovy paste
    1 tbsp capers
    1 tbsp black kalamata olives, sliced
    1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
    2 tsp oregano
    salt and pepper to taste


Sautee the garlic, chopped onion, anchovy paste, capers, olives, oregano, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan lightly spritzed with cooking spray, over high heat, until onions are transluscent (about 5 minutes), stirring constantly. Add tomatoes, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Once at a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cover until the sauce has reduced and looks smooth (about 7-10 minutes). Serve over pasta.
