    4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (can sub turkey)
    1/4 cup horseradish mustard
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon dried tarragon
    1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    l lb. potatoes, quartered


Mix mustard, wine, oil, Worcestershire sauce and seasoning in a bowl. Add chicken and potatoes to coat well. Put in baking pan and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
