    700g pork tenderloin, cut in small strips
    1 dried chili pepper
    1 red pepper
    1 yellow pepper
    2-3 spoons oyster sauce
    200g vegetable broth (with vegetable cube)
    1 onion, sliced
    1 teaspoon paprika
    salt, pepper


1.Mix the meat with the salt, pepper and paprika.
2.Fry the meat in the oyster sauce, until it becomes a little brownish, 10 minutes and remove it from the pan.
3.Put in the pan the peppers and the onion.
4.When the vegetables wither, add the meat, the broth, the sauce and fry in big heat until there is only a little sauce left.
5. Make your plate and enjoy!
