Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook), cubed
    1 large Red Bell Pepper, cut to desired size
    1 medium onion, also cut to desired size
    Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 1 cup, cut to desired size
    Kikkoman sweet and sour sauce, entire bottle (20 tbsp)
    2 tbsp vegetable/canola oil

Directions

Cube chicken, cut up veggies and pineapple. Fry chicken in the vegetable/canola oil, then add veggies. After a few minutes, add sweet and sour sauce. Let that warm up, then add the pineapples. Allow it to reach desired temperature, then serve!
