    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb
    *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw 1/2 cup, chopped
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Oregano, ground, 1/4 tsp
    Salt, .1/4 tsp
    Mushrooms, canned, 1 can
    Italian Seasoning, 1 tbsp
    Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded


Lay chicken in a single layer in baking dish
Drain Tomatos.
Combine Marinara sauce ingredients.
Pour over Chicken
Drain Mushrooms
Scatter Mushrooms, Italian seasoning and cheese over top.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake @ 350 covered for 40 minutes. Uncover and brown for 15 minutes or until bubbley
