    1.5 cup whole wheat flour
    1.5 ass bran cereal
    1tbs ground cinnamon
    2 tsp baking powder
    1tsp baking soda
    1 cup raisens
    3 cups frozen cranberries thawed
    1 cup grated carrots
    1.75 cup soured skim milk with lemon or orange juice from 1 lrg grated orange
    1 egg


mix dry ingredients with raisens carrots and cranberries
add soured milk egg orange juice and some rind
spoon into greased non-stick muffin tins.
bake 400 F for 20 min
makes 16 large muffins
