Number of Servings: 34

Ingredients

    *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 cup
    *Chocolate Chips (Hershey's Semi-Sweet), 8 tbsp
    Motts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, 1 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp
    Fat free half and half, .5 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    *Splenda, 24 tsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), .5 cup

Directions

Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl with whisk, excluding craisens and chocolate chips.

Mix wet incredients in separate bowl

Combine until well mixed and there are no lumps.

Place one heaping tablespoon of batter into muffin top pan which has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Sprinkle 5 chocolate chips and 5 craisens on each muffin top.
