Quick and easy salad. So yummy! Even the kids ate it! Quick and easy salad. So yummy! Even the kids ate it!
Number of Servings: 4


    Red Cherry tomatoes, 12 oz, cut in halves
    Yellow Tomato Medium, 2, diced or chuncked
    Kraft Fat Free Mayo, 1/3 cup
    Kraft Light Sicilian Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinagrette, 1/3 cup
    8 slices Hormel fully cooked bacon, crisped then crumbled
    Red onion, chopped 1/4 cup
    1 medium avacado diced (about 1 cup)
    Fat Free Feta, 1/4 cup, crumbled
    Dill weed, dried, 1 tbsp
    salt and pepper to taste


In a mixing bowl combine tomatoes, onion, avacado and bacon.

In another bowl combine dill, salt and pepper, dressing and mayo.

Pour over tomato mixture, gently fold the dressing onto the tomatoes. Add Feta and fold again. Serve cold.

Serving Size:  makes 4 equal servings (about 1.5 cups each)
