Ingredients

    *Chick Peas, .75 cup (remove)
    Canned Tomatoes, 2 can (remove)
    *canned rotel tomatoes, 3 serving (remove)
    *Bell Pepper - Green, 5.79 oz (remove)
    *onion, red - raw 1/4 cup, 3 serving (remove)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    *Canned Chicken, 2 can (5 oz)
    Sunflower Oil (oleic), 1 tbsp
    dry basi and oregano

Directions

mix peas in food processor with garlic and rotel tomatoes. chop bell pepper and red onion and cook in frying pan in oil.
add chicken and pea mixture and cans of tomatoes. Add 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp basil. cook till blended. serve over pasta
