Ingredients

    2/3 c eggwhites
1/3 c dry curd nonfat or 1%cottage cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract (or coconut)
1 scoop protein powder (i used banana, any flavour would be good if you don't have banana)
    cinnamon to taste
    half a banana
    8 almonds

-- also another "weight friendly" tip- instead of putting syrup on your pancakes, use fruit! my best advice is to buy frozen blueberries and frozen strawberries, then defrost them in the microwave...it melts and is GREAT as a syrup sub!!

Directions

add to blender- egg whites, cottage cheese, vanilla, protein, and cinnamon....blend for about 10 seconds, it doesn't take long...then mix in (don't blend) half of a banana cut into pieces and 8 almonds (i cut my almonds in half so there were more)

pour onto a non stick pan (i recommend spraying the pan)

cook like a normal pancake and enjoy!!
