Introduction

Just like my moms homemade tuna salad but with crab instead...and less fat! Just like my moms homemade tuna salad but with crab instead...and less fat!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 package imitation crab, 8oz
    1/2 box whole wheat pasta- cooked
    Yoplait regular greek yogurt
    Hellmans reduced fat mayo
    Canned or frozen peas
    lemon juice
    black pepper
    garlic salt

Directions

Boil macaroni until cooked. Strain and Cool.
Chop 1 pack of imitation crab into bite sized pieces.
use 1/2 can of peas
Mix Yoplait plain greek yogurt and reduced fat mayo to taste (I used 6 Tablespoons)
Season with garlic salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients.
Chill
Serving Size: 8 1 cup servings
