Ingredients

    1 large or 2 medium bell peppers
    1 cup Prego chunky garden spaghetti sauce
    1 cup (prepared) Minute rice
    2 oz (.25 cup) Shredded mexican blend cheese
    2 oz cooked (drained and rinsed ) ground beef

Directions

Wash Bell peppers and cut out seeds.
blanch if desired
cook minute rice
cook, drain and rinse ground beef
mix beef,rice,cheese and spaghetti sauce together
fill peppers and bake at 350F for 20-30 minute
For an even quicker meal add diced bell peppers to the mix and serve

Serving Size: 1 or 2 medium sized peppers
