Ingredients

2 Chicken Breasts w/ fat trimmed off
1/2 C apricot preserves (sugar free)
1/4 C Marmalade (sugar free)
1 Tbsp chopped garlic
1 Tbsp ginger
...2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp dry chives
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender (I used my magic bullet)
Place Chicken in Baking Dish Cover with Mix
Baked at 350 for 45 min
