    1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    1 Tbsp grated onion
    1 Tbsp cider vinegar
    2 tsp. low sodium soy sauce
    1/5 tsp black pepper
    8 bone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
    1/4 tsp. kosher salt.


Combine first 9 ingredients. Place 1/2 of mixture in a Ziploc bag; reserve remaining mixture. Add chicken to bag, seal, Chill 2 hours.

Preheat Grill to medium high heat

Remove chicken from bag. Sprinkle with salt. PLae shicken on grill rck coated with cooking spray.; grill 8 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with reserved mustard mixture.

4 servings (Serving size 2 thighs and 2 Tbsp. sauce)

***Alternate PREP***
Place chicken in a 9x13 pan. Bake 20 minutes @ 400 degrees until juices run clear. Top with remaining sauce.
