    Semolina, unenriched, 2 cup
    *Milk, 2%, 1 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 1 tbsp
    Some salt and sugar if nessserary


Boil 0.5 liter water, add milk and leave everything to boil. Then slowly stiring add semolina. Leave grits to sweel for about 2-3 mins. Afterwars add buter, salt and sugar. Makes about 2-3 portions.
