Introduction

Not terribly calorie conscious- but if you are counting carbs it is the PERFECT way to also eat yummy bread with a TON of fiber. Not terribly calorie conscious- but if you are counting carbs it is the PERFECT way to also eat yummy bread with a TON of fiber.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups flax seed meal
    5 beaten eggs
    1/3 cup oil
    1/2 cup water
    1 tsp of baking soda
    1-2 tbsp of artificial sweetener equivilent to sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and mix dry ingredients. Then, incorporate the wet ingredients making sure to mix well. Once the batter is mixed, let it sit for a couple of minutes. Spread mixture on a baking sheet with a silicon or wax paper cover and bake for around 20 minutes. Take out and allow to cool before you cut it. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 8 large slices or 12 small slices
