    Diced Grilled Chicken Breast
    1 Medium Apple
    2 Stalks of Celery
    1/2 Cup Golden Raisins
    1/4 Cup chopped Pecans
    1 Cup Mayo
    4 Tsp Dijon Mustard
    2 Tsp lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp Dill Weed
    1 Tsp Course Ground Black Pepper
    1 Tbsp Minced Onion


Dice apple (with skin on)
toss with lemon juice
Add diced chicken, diced celery, raisins, and pecans
in a separate bowl mix
mayo, mustard, dill weed, pepper and onion
pour over chicken mixture and toss
refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving
