A quick, delicious dessert in just 20 minutes! A quick, delicious dessert in just 20 minutes!
Number of Servings: 12

2 Cans of Pizza Crust Dough (Pillsbury is what I use)
1 Medium-Large, depending on how much you enjoy. Diced.
    3/4 Cups Granulated sugar.
    3 tbsp Cinnamon, ground.
5-8tsp Margarine, soft, depening on how much you enjoy.

Preheat oven to 350.

Roll out the first can of dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Spread some of the margarine on the layer, as much as you desire (I try to get all 4 corners and the middle, as it melts it'll spread). Mix your sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Dice your apple as thick or thin as you desire. Mix them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until well coated and spread them across your dough. Sprinkle about 1/2 of the sugar mixture over the apples. Cover your apples when completed with your second layer of dough and spread another layer of butter across. Sprinkle with some more cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 350degrees farenheit for 10-15minutes until crust is golden brown. If your apples aren't completely soft you can continue cooking 3-5minutes longer. Enjoy with a side of sugar-free coolwhip or yogurt! YUM!
